Should I Stop Exercising if I’m thin?

No, you shouldn’t stop exercising because you are thin, and you shouldn’t eat junks and unhealthy meals because you are thin. Keep exercising and eating healthy to maintain your good health and general fitness.

Summary

It is possible to eat junks, eat at odd hours, not actively exercise and still be very thin, but that doesn’t guarantee that you are fit or healthy. Eating a balanced meal and exercising are keys to living a healthy lifestyle.
