How exercising can be a stress reliever

It’s not news that you need to exercise and that exercising is good for your body, I know my body needs the exercising but no! you are too busy with work and life generally. I am not here to tell you what to do with your body (I don’t mean it in that way) but maybe a little, I Just want to share with you how Exercising regularly can be a stress reliever.

Let’s Explore how Exercising can be a Stress Reliever

  1. It Improves your Mood: I won’t lie to you, I mean why would I lie, try exercising and you would see how you would feel better. Your mood will be better, your body may be tired, obviously, but your mood will be better. When you exercise it also gives you a feeling of achievement which in turn makes you feel better cause you feel like you are in control.

  2. Cure for Heart Break: I am not trying to come for the gym bros but you can ask one about this and they will say the same thing I am telling you now. More like exercising helps you to forget about the pain.

  3. Improves self-confidence: the kind of confidence you exude when you exercise is unexplainable (ok I can actually explain it). You feel better about your body physically, your body releases endorphins which are feel good hormones, your mind feels alert, you sleep better and all these put together in one body makes you feel even more confident. The kind of confidence that is visible to the blind.

  4. Your body releases Endorphins: Exercising results in the body producing more endorphins, which are those “feel good” neurotransmitters that can lift your mood and give you an overall sense of well-being. Even a few minutes exercising can induce these hormones. A brisk walk, a few minutes HIIT, you name it. “Doing a little every day is better than doing a lot someday”

“In addition to releasing endorphins, exercise can also help control cortisol levels, the known stress hormone that we all have” source I won’t lie to you

5. Improves the quality of sleep: Your body sleeps better after exercising, maybe because you are exhausted from the tedious exercise or some hormones are being secreted when you work out, I don’t know, but I can tell from experience that your sleep will be different in a better way when you exercise.
